Terms of use

By buying or using Ticket Decode, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What Ticket Decode is
Ticket Decode provides educational plain-English explanations of order-ticket mechanics (for example max loss if assigned, expiration, and estimated fees). It is a clarity tool for new traders.
What it is not
- Not investment, tax, or legal advice.
- Not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or signal service.
- Not a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or avoid any trade.
- Not affiliated with Robinhood, Webull, Fidelity, Schwab, or any other broker.
Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and for verifying every number against your broker before you click. Options trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone.
Purchases and credits
- Clarity Pack — $9 for 5 cards (one-time).
- Clarity Monthly — $15/mo for 20 cards; cancel anytime.
- Unused Clarity Pack cards do not expire for 90 days from purchase.
- If we cannot read a ticket after a reasonable attempt, that card credit is returned.
Acceptable use
Upload only tickets you have a right to share. Do not upload others’ account data, malware, or illegal content. We may refuse or refund abuse.
Uploads and card links
Each upload uses one card credit from your purchase. You submit tickets by uploading a screenshot (or pasting text) on our upload page. Each submission gets a private, hard-to-guess card link. Anyone with that link can view the card, so share it only if you want to. Crop out account numbers and personal details before uploading. Uploaded images are deleted 30 days after your card is delivered.
Accuracy
Cards are generated automatically with AI. When you upload a ticket, an AI model (Cloudflare Workers AI) reads the screenshot, our software calculates the numbers (max loss, breakeven, and so on) from what was read, and the AI helps phrase the explanation. When the reading is uncertain, the order type isn’t supported yet, or the numbers don’t line up, a person reviews the ticket before a card is posted. AI can still misread a ticket. Clarity cards can be wrong or incomplete when a screenshot is cropped, blurry, or missing legs. Always compare the card to your broker’s ticket. Treat every card as educational context, not a guarantee of max loss or fees.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ticket Decode is not liable for trading losses, missed fills, or decisions you make after reading a card. Our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
