For new traders · Educational only

Know the max loss before you click.

Upload a screenshot of the order ticket still on your screen. Ticket Decode sends back a plain-English clarity card — max loss, assignment risk, expiration, and estimated fees — right on the page, usually in about a minute.

The problem

The ticket is filled. Your brain isn’t.

Broker apps pack a lot into a small screen: buy to open, credit vs debit, multipliers, expiration, and assignment language that only makes sense after you’ve already clicked.

New traders don’t need another Discord signal. They need someone to translate the ticket they already built.

“Is my max loss the premium… or something worse?”

“What happens if this gets assigned over the weekend?”

“That ‘credit’ looks like free money — is it?”

How it works

Three steps. No account required to understand the offer.

1

Pay

Grab a Clarity Pack ($9 / 5 cards) or Clarity Monthly ($15 / 20 cards).

2

Upload

Drop in a screenshot (or paste the ticket text) on our upload page — works straight from your phone’s camera roll.

3

Read your card

You get a private card link instantly; it fills in when your card is ready (max loss, assignment, expiration, fees). Failed parses restore a credit.

When the AI isn’t sure, a human reviews the ticket so you don’t get a confident wrong answer.

What’s on a clarity card

Mechanics, not a recommendation.

Each card aims to answer:

SectionWhat you get
What you enteredPlain restatement of legs / side / quantity (as readable from the ticket)
Cash todayDebit vs credit in dollars, including the 100-share multiplier when it applies
Max loss (mechanical)Worst-case structure loss if the ticket means what it appears to mean
Assignment / exerciseWhen it can matter for short options / multi-legs
ExpirationDate + what “worthless” vs “in the money” means in plain words
Est. feesReminder that broker fees/commissions may apply; we don’t invent your fee schedule
Open questionsAnything we couldn’t read from the screenshot
Never on the card: buy/sell/hold, price targets, “this looks good,” win-rate claims.

FAQ

Straight answers.

Is this investment advice?

No. Ticket Decode explains what an order ticket appears to say in plain English. We do not recommend trades, allocate capital, or tell you to buy or sell.

Are you a broker?

No. We never place, route, or execute orders. You stay in your own brokerage app.

Which brokers work?

Any ticket you can screenshot or paste — Robinhood, Webull, Fidelity, Schwab, Thinkorswim, Interactive Brokers, and similar. If we can’t read it, you get the credit back.

How fast is a card?

Most cards appear on the page in about a minute. If a ticket is unclear, a person checks it first, usually the same day. If we’re delayed past 24 hours and haven’t delivered, you get a full refund for that purchase (pack) or a credit + easy cancel (monthly).

What if the screenshot is blurry?

We’ll ask for a crop or paste. Failed parses restore a credit — you shouldn’t pay for a shrug.

Do unused pack cards expire?

Pack credits are good for 90 days from purchase. Monthly credits reset each billing cycle and don’t roll over.

Can this guarantee I won’t lose money?

No. Understanding a ticket is not the same as a profitable trade. Options involve substantial risk of loss.

Don’t click blind.
